Ingredients

  • 2 kg Roast pork carbonate
  • 1 kg Onions
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Crushed pepper colored
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a suitable oven. Peel and quarter the onion. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  • Sear the roast pork vigorously on each side (approx. 2 minutes). After searing, take the roast out of the pot and brush with mustard and salt. Then put the roast back in the saucepan. Sprinkle the upper side with the pepper (should stick well on the mustard). Place the onions next to the roast and place in the oven with a lid for about 2 hours.
  • Take the roast out of the oven and place it on a board. Let the roast cool and cut open. Delicious with mustard or mayonnaise.
