Ingredients

  • Roast pork from the previous day
  • 3 tbsp Lard / fat
  • 1 Egg
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Cut the roast from the day before into finger-thick slices. Build the flour, egg and breadcrumbs into a "breading line" and bread the slices of meat like schnitzel. Bake the schnitzel in the lard (or oil) until golden brown. The schnitzels are very tasty and do not have the typical taste of a warmed up roast.
