Ingredients
 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 3 tbsp Salad cream
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 3 small Gherkins
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chive rolls

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, rinse and let cool.
  • Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks with a teaspoon, place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Cut the egg white into fine cubes, cut the pickles into fine cubes, add both to the egg yolk.
  • Heat the cooking oil and stir in the curry powder, add to the egg yolk. Add the salad cream and sour cream or creme fraiche and the chives, season with salt and pepper and mix everything together well.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
