Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg roast pork from the nut
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Herbs
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roast pork cooked in roasting foil

You’ll need either black-coated aluminum foil or a roasting bag. Wash the meat and pat it dry. Finely dice the vegetables, bell peppers, and garlic. Rub the meat with salt and pepper and place it on the roasting bag or in the roasting bag. Arrange the vegetables around the meat, sprinkle with chopped herbs as desired, and season with salt and pepper. Seal the foil tightly and place it in a preheated oven at 200°C. After 1/2 hour, reduce the temperature to 150°C, and leave it in for a maximum of 2 hours.
