Roast Pork Salmon with Butter Mushrooms and Green Beans

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Roast salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Bay leaf, juniper, allspice
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 1 Pitted and diced apple
  • 400 g Butter mushrooms fresh
  • 0,5 Finely diced onion
  • Parsely
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • 120 g Green beans

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat well and pat dry again. Season with the salt and pepper and season with the herbs on all sides.
  • Heat a little fat in a pan, add the roast and fry it, then add the onions, the apple, the garlic and let it infuse for a short time, then add the spices and stir briefly. Pour in the broth and cook for 45 minutes. Then the meat take out and put the sauce through a sieve, cut the meat into slices and keep everything warm together.
  • Cut off the ends of the beans, halve the beans and cook them until soft in salted water, drain the beans, melt a little butter in the same saucepan, add the beans and roast them lightly,
  • Clean the butter mushrooms with a brush or, if they are very woody, peel off the skin finely (see photo). Now dice the mushrooms and onions, heat the butter and fry the mushrooms and onions until translucent, add the cream and refine with parsley.
  • Now serve the meat with the mushrooms in the sauce and the beans. There was also bread dumplings
