- Onions and carrots
- Tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika powder, soy sauce, flour, vinegar
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- Marinade: mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of paprika powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper and marinate the meat with it. (Massage well) Put everything in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Gladly longer.
- Sear the meat in a roasting pan, clean the carrots and onions and add chopped up. Add the vegetable stock and a tablespoon of tomato paste and place in the oven for 1.5 hours at 200 °. It is best to cover with aluminum foil.
- When the cooking time is over, put the meat on a plate to rest. Press the sauce through a sieve and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream with approx. 2.5 tablespoons of flour until lump-free and add to the boiling sauce to thicken. My favorite side dishes are potatoes and frozen green beans.
