Roast Turkey with Pepper Sauce
The perfect roast turkey with pepper sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Turkey breast
- Soy sauce dark
- 125 gr Breakfast bacon
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 1 tbsp Green pepper
- 250 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 4 El Dark sauce thickener
- Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and brush with soy sauce. Cover with slices of bacon and place in an oiled drip pan. Clean the soup greens, chop them up and fry them.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 175 C. for about 1 hour. Gradually pour in approx. 400 ml of water. Remove the roast and keep warm.
- Pour off the stock, extinguish the roast with 250 ml hot water. Add to the stock and sift through. Add green pepper, cream and brandy, season with soy sauce to taste, bring to the boil. Stir in the sauce thickener and let the sauce simmer a little.
- Cut the roast into slices, serve with sauce and potato biscuits.
