Roasted almonds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g almonds with skin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

microwave

Mix together the cinnamon, sugar, and water. Then add the almonds and mix with the sugar mixture. Place the mixture in a microwave-safe container with a lid and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 watts. After 2 minutes, remove the container from the microwave and stir everything. Then place the container back in the microwave for another 2 minutes at 600 watts.
