Roasted almonds in the microwave

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, whole
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Mix everything together well and place in a microwave-safe container with a lid. Heat at 600 watts for about 4 minutes, stir, and then heat for another 2 minutes. Stir and spread on aluminum foil or baking paper to cool. Tip: Also delicious with whole hazelnuts, for example.
