Roasted almonds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 250 g almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick preparation in the microwave

Combine all ingredients except the almonds in a bowl and microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes until melted. Add the almonds (with skin), stir, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Repeat this process once more. Let the almonds cool on a baking sheet.
