Roasted cauliflower with cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 m.-large cauliflower
  • 300 g Gouda, grated cheese or similar
  • some salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili flakes
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets. Heat a little oil in a large nonstick pan and add the cauliflower florets. Fry, turning frequently, until tender. Season with salt and pepper; we also add chili flakes. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the top and let it melt. My kids love eating their vegetables this way, too.
