Roasted crust – leftovers

  • 2 Discs *Mein Krustenbraten
  • 2 Discs Butter for greasing
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 1 piece Cheese, freshly grated to taste
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp *Serviettenknödel – Zweierlei
  • 3 tbsp *Bratapfel – Rotkohl
  • 3 tsp Butter in flakes

Roasted crust – leftovers

  1. Take a small baking dish (mine was round from a lid) grease / brush with butter. Put in two slices of the roast crust. Peel the onion, slice finely. Distribute these on top. Cut a piece of the cheese and grate it roughly.
  2. Sprinkle freshly grated cheese on slices of onion. Spread the butter in flakes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then add and bake for 20 minutes. Put leftover napkin dumplings in a pan and fry briefly in fat. Heat the leftovers from the baked apple and red cabbage.
  3. Then put everything together on a flat plate and serve immediately!
