Boil salted water for the pasta and potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Add the potatoes and pasta to the salted water and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Caution! Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the potato pieces and the cooking time of the pasta. In the meantime, prepare the sauce and fry the bacon cubes until translucent. Pour the cream into a small pan, crack in the eggs, and heat through. Season to taste. When the eggs are lightly scrambled, remove from the heat, drain the pasta and potatoes, and return them to the pan. Mix the bacon and sauce with the pasta and potatoes and serve. Tip: Serve with grated cheese and a seasonal salad, if desired.
