Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Walnut oil
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Sugar
  • 0,25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 piece Onion small
  • 50 g Nut mix

Instructions
 

The vinaigrette

  • Combine all the spices with the oil to form a vinaigrette. Finely chopped the onion.

The warm pear
