- 300 g Arugula
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Walnut oil
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Sugar
- 0,25 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 piece Onion small
- 50 g Nut mix
The vinaigrette
