Rolls with nuts, seeds and raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 40 g sugar
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 90 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g rye flour or whole wheat flour
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 90 g pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 90 g walnuts
  • 130 g raisins
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

delicious for in between meals, makes about 12 pieces

Heat the yeast, sugar, butter, and milk until the yeast and butter dissolve. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead with the dough hook until a dough forms. Spread the dough into a greased muffin tin and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. You can also bake the whole thing as a loaf in a loaf pan. It tastes delicious spread with butter or just as a snack.
