Ingredients for 9 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 330 ml beer
  • Flour for processing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

simple, little effort

Using a mixer, combine flour, salt, and beer until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise in the oven at 50°C for 1 hour. Sprinkle a surface with flour and knead the dough until it’s no longer sticky, adding more flour if necessary. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C. Shape the dough into 9 smaller rolls, brush with a little water, and bake for 20 minutes.
