Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Melfor vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp chives + parsley and a few leaves of lemon balm
- ½ small onion(s)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Olive oil + safflower oil
- 3 radishes
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk together ingredients 1-6, then add the finely crushed garlic clove or garlic crushed with salt and oil, along with the finely chopped or frozen herbs, the very finely diced onion, and then whisk the dressing with olive oil and safflower oil; it should be slightly creamy. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil. Add a few to the salad dressing while still hot, and sprinkle the rest hot over the salad at the end. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the radishes, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and finely dice the feta cheese. Mix everything together. Mix the salad dressing with the lettuce and sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds over it.
