Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g cereal flakes
- 125 g grated root(s) (e.g. carrots, celery, parsley root)
- 250 ml broth, good, vegan
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch(s) thyme
- 1 pinch(s) of ground pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Combine all ingredients and heat gently until the mixture begins to pull away from the sides of the pan. Once cooled, form the mixture into small snacks. These snacks will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days.
