Ingredients
dough
- 1 dice Yeast
- 250 ml Milk lukewarm
- 500 g Flour
- 4 Egg yolk
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
filling
- 100 g Grated almonds
- 150 g Caramel candy soft
- 150 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 g Flaked almonds
Instructions
dough
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk, add the egg yolk, sugar, salt, flour and knead everything into a smooth dough and let it rest for 40 minutes in a warm place.
filling
- Roast the almonds in a pan without fat and allow to cool.
- Cut the caramel candies into small cubes.
- Now mix the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the almond mixture and mix everything well
completion
- Knead the dough again with a rolling pin, roll out approx. 60x40 cm.
- Spread the almond butter on top and sprinkle the candies over it.
- Roll up the whole thing from the long side and cut into 12 slices.
- Place the slices vertically in a 28-inch dish and let rise for another 10-15 minutes.
- Now sprinkle the roses with the flaked almonds and from there on warm oven for about 40 minutes - remove and let cool down
