Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 20 g rose petals, fresh, red, fragrant
Instructions

Shake the rose petals thoroughly. Pluck the rose petals and place them in a food processor with the salt for 30-60 seconds. Pour the moist salt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and dry in the oven at 40°C for approximately 1.5 hours (approximately 1 hour with fan-assisted oven). Leave the oven door slightly ajar. After drying, chop the salt again and place it in the oven for approximately 10 minutes to further dry. Then store in a dry place.
