Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 4 tbsp oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (alternatively: natural yogurt)
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- n. B. herbs, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
goes well with all leaf salads
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Done! It goes well with all leafy salads, but also with cucumbers.
