- 0,25 l Milk
- 50 g Liquid butter
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 125 g Diced bacon
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 the day before, knead the dough ingredients with the dough hook to form a yeast dough. Then put in a bowl with a lid and put in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, knead the dough again and roll out into a rectangle.
- Brush the rectangle with cream cheese, sprinkle the bacon cubes on it and finally pour the grated cheese over it.
- The whole thing is now rolled up and then cut into snail noodles.
- Put them a little apart in a greased pan and bake the whole thing at 175 degrees hot air for 45 minutes.
