Rosette Minced Meat Cake

The perfect rosette minced meat cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ready-To-Use pizza dough XXL
  • 500 g Mixed hack
  • 1 Protein
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Grated cheese (mozzarella)
  • Pepper salt
  • Thyme, oregano and paprika
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Put the mince in a bowl. Salt and pepper. Add the spices, cheese, the chopped onions and garlic. Pick up some cheese to sprinkle on top! Separate the egg and add the egg white to the mince. Mix everything together carefully.
  2. Line a springform pan (26) with baking paper and a little butter around the edge.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough from the paper. Spread the mince evenly over it. Roll up from the long side. Don’t press too hard. Cut into equal parts (here it was 4cm) and place upright in the baking pan. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
