Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 g red pesto
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 25 g basil, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pasta filling, suitable for ravioli, tortellini, etc.

Mix all ingredients well and fill the pasta with it. I made ravioli with it, and it yielded 700g of finished pasta dough!
