Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 g smoked bacon, cut into small cubes
  • 150 g cooked ham, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g herb cream cheese, low-fat
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
  • Nutmeg, ground, for seasoning
  • chives

Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and instant broth. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the smoked bacon and finely chopped garlic, and fry briefly. Now pour in the egg wash and stir in the herb cream cheese. Finally, add the sliced ​​ham. Heat briefly again, stirring continuously, until everything is nice and creamy. Pour the sauce over spaghetti or linguine, for example. Serve with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chives, if desired.
