  • 2 bell peppers
  • 100 g meat sausage
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ can corn kernels
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pan dish for young and old

Peel the potatoes, dice them, and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Finely slice the bell peppers, dice the sausage, roughly dice the zucchini, and finely dice the onions. Peel the tomatoes before dicing them. Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add the sausage, onions, and vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram, and fry for 5-10 minutes. Add the cooked potatoes, corn kernels, and sour cream, heat through, and season again. Practical tip: This dish also tastes great with pasta instead of potatoes. 200g of mushrooms can be used instead of the sausage. The vegetables can be varied almost infinitely; root parsley and carrots are a good substitute for summer vegetables in winter and spring.
