Potato and zucchini pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g ham, diced lean
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 medium-sized zucchini (approx. 150 g)
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, grainy
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • possibly sausage and meat leftovers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

is quick to prepare, requires little work

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil with the lean ham cubes. Dice the potatoes and zucchini and add them. Season with salt, pepper, and Fondor if desired. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then add the cream cheese and any leftover meat or sausage and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. (It also tastes good without the leftover meat or sausage.)
