Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 500 g sugar
- 160 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 60 g cocoa powder
- ¾ pack of baking powder
- 1 cup milk (small cup)
- 1 kg powdered sugar
- 8 bars of chocolate (approx. 270 g), finely grated
- ¾ liter rum
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and milk into a batter and spread it onto a deep baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan-assisted) for 45 minutes. Immediately cut the hot batter into cubes. Let cool. Make a dip from powdered sugar, chocolate, and rum. Dip the cubes into the dip and roll them in coconut flakes.
