Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g apples, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Milk as needed
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the apple slices with the raisins, sugar, and lemon juice and place in a greased baking dish. For the pastry, cream the butter with the powdered sugar and egg until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold in. Add enough milk to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter over the apples and bake the casserole at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
