Rum Raisin Chocolates

- 100 g Milk chocolate
- Rum raisins … I always have pickles in the fridge myself
- Crumble the chocolate and carefully melt it in a water bath
- Fill the chocolate into praline silicone molds, until just below the edge ….. then press in 4-5 raisins, shake the molds so that the chocolate sits correctly and put it in the refrigerator
- After 2 hours the chocolates are firm and can be pressed out of the mold, packaged in a small jar with a lid and stored in the refrigerator …….
- 4 ….. became my husband’s favorite chocolates …. and were nibbled in no time at all
