Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 g sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder, slightly defatted
- 1 bottle of rum flavoring
- ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
- 200 g oat flakes, fine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Combine the milk and butter in a saucepan. Add the sugar and cocoa powder, and slowly bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from the heat. Now add the baking powder and stir in the oat flakes. Scoop out small heaps of flour using two teaspoons. Let cool thoroughly.
