Feta cheese cream with arugula

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ bunch arugula
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the sour cream until spreadable. Finely chop the arugula and basil. Dice the tomatoes, removing the stems and seeds. Mix the arugula, basil, and diced tomatoes and season with pepper. Serve with toasted ciabatta bread.
