Runner Beans with Creme Fraiche

The perfect runner beans with creme fraiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Runner beans green fresh
  • 100 gr Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 gr Serano ham
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 pinch Pepper + salt + nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon. Butter
  1. Boil runner beans in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, blanch. Cut the beans into lozenges. Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes. Add the ham cut into small pieces and stir in the creme fraich.
  2. Season to taste with the spices, add the beans and heat again. With fried potatoes and sausage.
