Runner Beans with Creme Fraiche

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Runner beans green fresh
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Serano ham
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 pinch Pepper + salt + nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Boil runner beans in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, blanch. Cut the beans into lozenges. Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes. Add the ham cut into small pieces and stir in the creme fraich.
  • Season to taste with the spices, add the beans and heat again. With fried potatoes and sausage.
