Runner Beans with Creme Fraiche

- 500 gr Runner beans green fresh
- 100 gr Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 gr Serano ham
- 1 small Onion
- 1 pinch Pepper + salt + nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon. Butter
- Boil runner beans in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, blanch. Cut the beans into lozenges. Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes. Add the ham cut into small pieces and stir in the creme fraich.
- Season to taste with the spices, add the beans and heat again. With fried potatoes and sausage.
