Rural Winter Salad
The perfect rural winter salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 400 g Beetroot
- 1 Onion red
- 150 g Wild herbs Salad
- 100 g Walnuts
- 200 g Feta
dressing
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small shot Vinegar
- Mix all ingredients of the dressing together. Cut the beetroot into pieces, drizzle with some of the dressing and set aside. Cut the onion into fine rings and chop the walnuts.
- Wash the salad and arrange on a plate. Spread the beetroot on the salad. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and the onions over the salad. Crumble over the feta salad. Drizzle the dressing over it and you’re done.
