Russian Goulash

The perfect russian goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Goulash mixed beef / pork
  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 1 kg Jagdwurst
  • 250 g Pork belly
  • 1 piece Peppers yellow
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Green peppers
  • 1 kg Fresh onions
  • 1 glass Salsa grill sauce
  • 1 glass Bbq grill sauce
  • 1 a cup Whipped cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp Potato starch
  • 3 Cans Canned mushrooms
  • 1 Can Canned tomatoes
  1. Peel and roughly dice the onions, dice the peppers, pork belly and sausage and place in a large bowl with the goulash and mushrooms. Now mix everything through, then pluck the minced meat apart and mix with it. Season with salt and pepper and add the potato starch and work everything through.
  2. In another bowl, mix the salsa and BBQ grill sauce with the mug of whipped cream (I rinsed the bottles with the mushroom water, about 100 – 150 ml, and added to the sauce)
  3. Now put the tomatoes in a large roasting pan, mash them briefly and then add all the other ingredients from the bowl to the roasting pan, finally pour the sauce over it.
  4. Close the breeder with aluminum foil or with the lid and place in the stove. Let cook at 175 °! C for about 3 hours (fan-assisted). That’s it … Enjoy your meal.
