Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 250 ml broth
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the leek into rings and add. Add the tomato paste, mustard, broth, and sour cream and simmer for a while. Rice goes well with this dish.
