Minced meat cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese
  • 1 cube of meat broth
  • n. B. water
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili powder
  • n. B. Flour for thickening
  • possibly herbs, fresh

Lightly sauté the onions, add the ground beef, and fry. Then add the mushrooms and garlic, and season with a little salt, pepper, and chili powder (to taste). When everything has the desired color, add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Then add the water, bring back to a boil, and stir in the cream cheese. Dissolve the stock cube in it and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Finally, thicken with a little flour to achieve the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Feel free to add some fresh herbs, if desired.
