Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ liter meat broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ¼ liter sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly fry the chopped onions in oil and butter in a frying pan. Then increase the heat, add the minced meat to the pan, and stir with a large wooden fork until the meat is lightly browned. Reduce the heat to low, then add the trimmed and sliced ​​leeks, tomato paste, stock, mustard, and seasonings to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Just before serving, drizzle with the sour cream and stir to combine. Rice is a good side dish.
