Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 egg whites
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter from egg yolks, sugar, butter, flour, and baking powder and spread it on a baking sheet. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the sugar, nuts, and chocolate shavings and fold into the beaten egg whites. Then pour the mixture onto the batter. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, spread with melted dark chocolate.
