Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • n. B. Flour
  • e.g. mashed potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Delicious

Mix the egg, milk, and water. Slowly add the flour until the dough is fairly firm. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then knead for 2 minutes and let it rest for another 10 minutes. Tear off a small piece of dough and shape it into a snake. Cut off small pieces with a knife and roll them out with a rolling pin to about 1/2 cm thick. Add small portions of mashed potatoes to the dough, shape them into vareniki, and cook in boiling salted water.
