Ingredients for the dough

  • 400 g Flour
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 60 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 packet Baking powder

Ingredients for the filling

  • 500 g Quark
  • 230 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder

Ingredients for the cool fruit

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 500 g Frozen strawberries

Instructions
 

  • The ingredients for the dough are mixed well and kneaded in order to then divide the resulting dough. One part is pressed into the baking pan as a base.
  • Mix all ingredients for the filling well with the mixer and pour onto the base that has already been pressed into the baking pan. Now take the part of the dough that is left to crumble over the filling.
  • The filled cake tin is now placed in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
  • A little tip, cover the cake with greased baking paper before it goes into the oven so that the crumbles don't turn black.
  • For the cool little fruit, I chopped 100g sugar, 100g orange juice and 500g frozen strawberries in the Thermomix for about 5 minutes at the highest level and mixed them until a creamy sorbet was created.
