Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 baguette(s)
- 2 cans of mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- some salt and pepper
- e.g. ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Polish snack, cheese and mushroom baguette
Cut the baguette in half and divide into 4 pieces (or more if needed). Sauté the mushrooms and finely chopped onion in oil and butter until the mixture has lost a lot of its moisture, then season with salt and pepper. Top the baguette pieces with the mushroom and onion mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 220°C for 5 minutes and then serve with ketchup.
