Rye toast rolls with salmon, egg and avocado

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 65 g rolls (rye mixed toast rolls)
  • 20 g avocado(s), mashed
  • 1 egg(s), size S, boiled
  • 30 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, black and white
  • some dill, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For the meta type Beta

Halve the bun and toast it, if desired. Spread the avocado and hard-boiled egg on the bun and top with smoked salmon. Garnish with some sesame seeds and dill.
