Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large potatoes, diced
- 1 small bunch of soup vegetables
- 3 tbsp instant chicken broth
- ½ cup cream
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Quick soup for every need
Cut the potatoes and vegetables into small cubes. Add the chicken broth and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Then puree with a hand blender or potato masher and add a little butter. Whip the cream with a pinch of sugar until stiff peaks form. Pour the potato soup into a bowl and stir in the cream in a circular motion.
