Spaghetti Pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml cream
  • 250 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 150g mozzarella
  • n. B. cooked ham
  • n. B. Mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 class bunch of basil, chopped
  • e.g. salami
  • Water (salt water)
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente according to the instructions. Mix the eggs with the cream and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic, bring to a boil with the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti, rinse well, and let it drain well. Mix with the egg cream. Line a deep baking tray with baking paper, arrange the spaghetti on it and spread with tomato sauce, leaving a border of about 2 cm all around. Top with ham, salami, mushrooms, or other ingredients of your choice. Cut the mozzarella into pieces, season lightly with salt, and spread over the pizza. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C (convection not recommended) on the lowest rack for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
