Saffron Spaghetti

The perfect saffron spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

sauce

  • 200 g Raw ham
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 200 ml Half cream
  • 2 packet Saffron powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan

Cook spaghetti as usual …

  1. 1 …. dice the ham and fry it in a frying pan (with a little onion?). Stir the saffron into the single cream and add about half of it to the ham. Add a little grated Parmesan (and mushrooms, if you like). Add the rest of the single cream to the sauce – until the spaghetti is ready. Season the sauce to taste and mix with the spaghetti.

Tip: rewarm
