Saffron Spaghetti
The perfect saffron spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
sauce
- 200 g Raw ham
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 200 ml Half cream
- 2 packet Saffron powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 g Parmesan
Cook spaghetti as usual …
- 1 …. dice the ham and fry it in a frying pan (with a little onion?). Stir the saffron into the single cream and add about half of it to the ham. Add a little grated Parmesan (and mushrooms, if you like). Add the rest of the single cream to the sauce – until the spaghetti is ready. Season the sauce to taste and mix with the spaghetti.
Tip: rewarm
