Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 250 g sausage (press sack), fine, smoked
  • 250 g ham or bacon
  • 1 jar mixed vegetables, pickled
  • Fat for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the sausage and ham into small pieces and fry them in heavy fat. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and add them to the pan and sauté them slightly. Crack the eggs into the pan and let them cook for a while. Stir well and spread everything evenly in the pan. Let the mixture set until firm. If you like it a bit spicier, season with salt and pepper. Serve with bread and some remoulade.
