Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 small lettuce hearts
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s), with peel
  • 1 apple, depending on size 2 apples
  • 1 half Galia melon
  • 50 ml elderflower syrup
  • 500 ml mineral water
  • 1 tbsp honey, creamy
  • e.g. ginger or lime

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thoroughly clean the fruit and vegetables and then cut them into pieces. Remove the seeds from the melon. I process the kiwi and apple with the peel and core. Place them in a blender, add the liquid ingredients and honey, and blend for about 1 minute. If you like, you can add a squeeze of ginger or lime.
