Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (lemon vinegar)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 10 leaves of fresh basil
  • some garlic
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together yogurt, crème fraîche, and milk (add more milk if desired—I always like my sauces a little thicker). Cut the basil into small, fine strips and fold it into the mixture. Mix in lemon vinegar (lemon juice will do if you don’t have it). Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. This works with any type of salad.
