Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 apple
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Chop the pineapple slices into small pieces, quarter the hard-boiled eggs. Peel and chop the apple, and finely dice the spring onions. Transfer to a bowl, add a small jar of Miracle Whip, and mix well. Important: Refrigerate for 3 hours.
